Q. What are the limitations of the unregistered demo version?
A. The QuickSnap window cannot be hidden during capture in the unregistered version. There are no other limitations.
Q. Can QuickSnap capture video and sound?
A. No. QuickSnap cannot currently capture what's on your screen to a video file.
Q. What languages is QuickSnap available in?
A. Currently only English.
Q. QuickSnap displays a NilObjectException error, what do I do?
A. Please contact us describing what you did before this error happened and we will determine what caused the error and fix it for an update release.

A. No. QuickSnap is an independent application, free of spyware as certified by Softpedia. It relies on Mac OS X frameworks. The only file related to QuickSnap excluding the application itself is the Preferences file which stores information about your chosen preferences.
Q. Can QuickSnap capture full web-pages even if the webpage is not completely displayed on screen?
A. No. However, there is a way of doing this without using QuickSnap. In Safari, save the webpage as PDF. Then open this PDF in Preview and crop to the desired size.
Q. How do I hide the QuickSnap icon in the Dock?
A. A third party utility from FoggyNoggin Software called Dock Dodger allows you to remove QuickSnap's icon from the Dock when it is open.
Q. Can QuickSnap capture to the clipboard?
A. Yes. There is an option in the Preferences to capture to the clipboard.
Q. How do I use QuickSnap's hot keys?
A. In order to activate QuickSnap's hot keys, the default system hot keys must be disabled in the System Preferences.
