Q. FinanceToGo crashes and quits unexpectedly. What do I do?
A. If you discover any problems whilst using the software, please e-mail us and send us your crash log which is located at <Your Home Folder/Library/Logs/WDAMMG.crash.log>. We will determine what is causing the problem and shall fix it for an update.

Q. It is impossible to enter figures above 999,99. What do I do?
A. Unfortunately, this is a bug in Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and 10.4 Tiger under control by Apple, Inc. It only occurs when using a numeric format which uses characters other than points or commas for separators. The best workaround currently is to use another numeric format while using FinanceToGo. Important: This is fixed in Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and we recommend all current FinanceToGo users upgrade from Apple's website.

Q. Does FinanceToGo support the OFX format?
A. Currently, it does not support OFX however support for this format is on our roadmap and expected in a future release.

Important: If using Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and you have Full Keyboard access on and set to use the tab key to tab between All Controls, FTG will freeze when shift tabbing through the transaction details.
